Cutmax HDS
Cutmax Heavy Duty Soluable (HDS) is a milky bio stable water miscible coolant which can be used for all kinds of heavy duty metal cutting on various steels and many grades of aluminium. Cutmax HDS forms a stable milky emulsion of high lubricity when diluted with water, and is equipped with a very effective biocide and with special extreme pressure properties for heavy duty cutting operations.
Applications
- Suitable for all kinds of metal cutting operations on various steels and many grades of aluminium where good lubrication is required
- NOT suitable for machining yellow metals
